The Municipality of Hunedoara is procuring, in a single lot, the modernisation and rehabilitation of Building A at School No. 1, including site organisation. The works cover the building envelope and roof, internal and structural improvements, electrical, heating, ventilation, plumbing and fire-fighting systems, accessibility upgrades, photovoltaic equipment and external areas. The works are to be completed within 16 months.
