Summary
AB Klaipėdos vanduo is procuring a single, integrated contact and call centre service for five Klaipėda-area service recipients. The service is to provide centralised customer support using shared call management, IVR, call recording, contact logging, quality monitoring and reporting infrastructure, with continuous 24/7 availability. The initial contract value is up to EUR 639,000 excluding VAT, and the contract term is up to 13 months, with options to extend it twice by 12 months.
