Restoration and redevelopment of the Grands Carmes 20–28 buildings

Summary

The Brussels City Property Agency is procuring the restoration, renovation and conversion of the listed and unlisted buildings at Grands Carmes 20–28 in Brussels into an LGBTQIA+ community centre. The project includes hospitality and exhibition spaces, two multipurpose event rooms, association offices, a medical centre, courtyard landscaping and three apartments connected to the centre. Fixed interior furniture is included as an optional item.
