PQ 2027 – Ticket Sales and Visitor Processing

Summary

The National Institute for Culture is procuring outsourced ticketing and visitor-processing services and systems for the Prague Quadrennial 2027. The solution will support ticket reservations and sales, accreditations, merchandise and refreshments, including payment processing, access control, attendance records and sales reporting. The planned solution includes around 25 on-site checkout units, with the quantity adjustable by up to 10 units in either direction; the estimated contract value is CZK 800,000.
