Energy-efficiency renovation of Block 29 on Muncii Street, Uricani

Summary

The Municipality of Uricani is procuring energy-efficiency renovation works for Block 29 on Muncii Street, a five-storey residential building with 72 apartments and a total gross floor area of 5,699.20 m². The works include façade, plinth and roof insulation; replacement of windows and roof covering; repairs to chimneys and rainwater drainage; LED lighting and rooftop photovoltaic panels with battery storage; and improved site access, including a ramp for people with reduced mobility. The contract is estimated at RON 5,573,903.60 and is planned to last 21 months.
