Reconstruction of the Žatec Cultural and Creative Centre and Residential Building

Summary

The City of Žatec is procuring construction works to convert and renovate the former military garrison building complex at buildings No. 323 and 584. The single, undivided contract covers three connected buildings: buildings A and C will become the Žatec Cultural and Creative Centre, while building B will be a residential building. The works include demolishing the courtyard cinema extension and preserving and restoring historically valuable structures and details. The estimated contract value is CZK 159,371,543.
