Energy-efficiency renovation of Block 19 on Muncii Street, Uricani

Summary

The City of Uricani is procuring, in one lot, energy-efficiency renovation works for an 82-apartment residential building at 19 Muncii Street. The works include insulating the façade, plinth and top-floor ceiling; replacing windows and renovating the roof and rainwater drainage; installing LED lighting and rooftop photovoltaic panels with battery storage; and providing an access ramp for people with reduced mobility. The building has a total floor area of 7,425.45 m², and the contract is planned to run for 21 months.
