Development and Implementation of an Integrated Agricultural Statistics Information System

Summary

The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of Bulgaria is procuring the development and implementation of an integrated agricultural statistics information system, including a statistical register of agricultural holdings. The system will collect, validate, process and publish agricultural statistics, with GIS, electronic survey, reporting, user and access-management, registry and public website functions, and integrations with other systems. The work also covers migration of existing data, training for 89 users in groups of up to 20, and warranty support. The system is intended to handle data on about 40,000 holdings in the 2026 survey, up to 350 concurrent users and about 120,000 holdings during censuses; the planned contract duration is 49 months.
