KH Palace reconstruction and swimming pool hall extension with wellness and balneotherapy facilities in Sliač Spa

Kúpele Sliač is procuring the reconstruction of selected underground floors and other affected parts of the KH Palace, a listed cultural heritage building, together with an extension for a swimming pool hall and new wellness and balneotherapy facilities. The single-lot project includes completing the construction design, coordinating disciplines, carrying out building and technology works, commissioning and testing the systems, and handing over a fully operational facility with as-built documentation. The estimated contract value is EUR 11.78 million.
