Design, construction and author’s supervision of social infrastructure buildings

Summary

The Municipality of Vidin is procuring the design, construction and author’s supervision of two social infrastructure buildings in the Stroitel district. Lot 1 covers a single-storey, approximately 560–600 m² residential care facility for 12 adults with permanent disabilities who need ongoing medical care, including two respite-care places. Lot 2 covers a two-storey, approximately 1,250–1,320 m² residential care facility for 25 older adults able to care for themselves, including four respite-care places. Both lots include technical design, construction, necessary building products and equipment, associated documentation, commissioning support and author’s supervision; the estimated total value is EUR 4,114,972.15.
