New housing development on Drakblommegatan

Framtiden Byggutveckling AB is procuring a single design-and-build contract for a new residential block on Drakblommegatan in Hisingen, Gothenburg. The development will comprise approximately 190 apartments in four- and five-storey buildings and around 70 ground-level parking spaces. The works are to be delivered at a fixed price; the estimated contract value is SEK 320 million and the planned duration is 18 months.
