Making Strašnická Metro Station Accessible – Construction of Lifts

Summary

Prague Public Transit Company is procuring construction works to provide step-free access to Strašnická metro station on Line A, in one lot. The works include two passenger lifts connecting the platform level to street level, new and modified stairways, structural works, a glazed entrance canopy and a new pressure door for the metro protection system, together with related demolition, earthworks, utility relocations, station-system modifications, public-space and road works, lighting and landscaping. The estimated contract value is CZK 174,040,013.01.
