I/55 Břeclav bypass

Summary

The Czech Roads and Motorways Directorate is procuring construction works for the I/55 Břeclav bypass, including a connected section of road I/40 through Poštorná. The route is intended to divert traffic away from built-up areas and improve the safe, smooth and adequate-capacity movement of growing transit traffic between the D2 motorway and the Czech-Austrian border. The procurement comprises one lot, has an estimated value of CZK 3.175 billion and a planned duration of 47 months.
