Agreement for Outsourcing IT Infrastructure and Services
Summary
DSB is procuring a single, undivided contract for the transition, transformation and operation of its IT infrastructure and related services. The scope covers six service areas: cross-functional IT services, cloud engineering, data centre and cloud operations, SAP services, network services, and end-user computing. The estimated contract value is DKK 900 million; the agreement is expected to run for 120 months, including the initial term and extensions.
