New changing and training facilities at Kløvermarken

Summary

Byggeri København is procuring a single contract for comprehensive design consultancy to modernise the facilities at Kløvermarken, with an estimated value of DKK 4.1 million. The work includes demolishing some existing changing buildings and providing approximately 760 m² of new changing rooms for football clubs and approximately 305 m² of new training and changing facilities for AK Thor. The project also includes improvements to outdoor areas and only minor refurbishment of the café; existing facilities must remain in use throughout the works.
