Reconstruction of social care facilities in Přerov

Summary

The Olomouc Region is procuring the complete reconstruction of three former kindergarten buildings on Pod Skalkou Street in Přerov-Předmostí. Two buildings will become a residential facility for people with disabilities, including staff accommodation, and the third will house the Přerov branch of the Olomouc Social Prevention Centre. The works also include paths, parking and landscaping; the procurement is a single lot with an estimated value of CZK 135,455,094.25 and a planned duration of 26 months.
