Parking Garage in Kralupy nad Vltavou – Design and Build

Summary

The City of Kralupy nad Vltavou is procuring the design, permitting and construction of a fully operational five-storey park-and-ride parking garage under a Design and Build contract. The facility is planned to provide 264 car spaces, including 14 accessible spaces and 12 electric-vehicle charging points, as well as 12 motorcycle spaces and covered storage for 64 bicycles. The works also include related infrastructure and building systems, photovoltaic panels, battery storage, lifts and commissioning.
