Road I/45 relocation between Nové Heřminovy and Zátor, Stage 1

Summary

The Road and Motorway Directorate of the Czech Republic is procuring the first-stage construction of a new route for road I/45 between Nové Heřminovy and Zátor. The works cover approximately 5 km of road, including roundabouts, an at-grade junction, bridges, retaining and noise-protection structures, and adjustments to affected lower-class roads. The route will move the existing road outside the area flooded by the planned Nové Heřminovy reservoir. The contract is planned to run for 47 months and is estimated at CZK 2.433 billion.
