Construction of a New Office Building

Summary

Bodens Energi Aktiebolag is procuring the construction of a new three-storey office building with a steel and timber frame, approximately 665 m² per floor. The works also include a skywalk, carports and associated site and infrastructure works, including parking areas, pedestrian routes, ground heating and landscaped areas. The project will be delivered as a general contract under AB 04.
