Urban design concept competition for the Tauralaukis district area

Summary

Klaipėda City Municipality is holding an open competition to select an urban design concept for an approximately 460-hectare area in the southern part of the Tauralaukis district, covering the general-plan areas 9.1, 9.2, 9.3, 9.4, 9.8 and 9.9. The winning concept is to be developed into an urban planning concept within five months, addressing land use, built form, green spaces, social and transport infrastructure, and engineering networks, with public consultation and digital documentation included.
