Reconstruction of Pavilions E and F at VSB – Technical University of Ostrava

Summary

VSB – Technical University of Ostrava is procuring the comprehensive renovation of its E and F pavilions on the university campus in Ostrava. The works include interior refurbishment, replacement of floor structures and interior doors, and modernization of building services, including water, sewerage, electrical systems, ventilation, cooling, partial heating and gas systems, as well as compressed-air distribution and building controls. The contract also covers associated testing, inspections, as-built documentation and implementation using BIM; the estimated value is CZK 291 million excluding VAT.
