Support services for existing LITEKO2 licences

Summary

The National Courts Administration is procuring manufacturer support for its existing OpenText Documentum Platform software licences used to develop LITEKO2. The one-lot service covers 3,700 Documentum Platform licences, 3,700 Documentum Platform Extensions licences, 5 xCP Designer licences, 3,700 xCP User Single Application licences and 30,000 ExternalUsersPubSect10KResidentUsrs licences, from 1 June 2027 to 31 May 2028. Support includes software fixes and newer versions, product documentation and information resources, a manufacturer support portal and access to the central licence-management website.
