Framework agreement for solar installation works 2027

Summary

Gothenburg’s Stadsfastighetsförvaltningen is procuring a framework agreement for turnkey installation of solar panels on existing rooftops, mainly on schools, preschools, care homes and other municipal properties. The agreement covers an estimated 10–25 projects per year, with installations of approximately 30–200 kWp, and may have up to three contractors. The estimated total value is SEK 62 million, and the agreement period is 1 February 2027 to 31 January 2031.
