Dynamic purchasing system for investment and routine maintenance of buildings

Summary

The City Municipality of Kranj is establishing an environmentally conscious dynamic purchasing system for investment and routine maintenance works at apartments, business premises, local community premises, schools and other buildings. It has two categories: works valued at up to and including EUR 33,000 excluding VAT, and works valued above EUR 33,000 excluding VAT; individual orders in the latter category will generally not exceed EUR 400,000 excluding VAT. The system is planned for 24 months, with a possible 24-month extension, and an estimated total value of EUR 2,820,000 excluding VAT.
