Infrastructure works for Västra Sjöstaden 3 development, Phase 1

Summary

Ystad Municipality is procuring infrastructure works for Phase 1 of the Västra Sjöstaden 3 development, divided into two lots, with a total estimated value of SEK 70 million. The works include ground grading and excavation and backfilling for water and sewer infrastructure, cable routes and district heating; construction of a park with planting and a playground; modification of a watercourse; and streets, footways and cycle paths serving the new development area.
