Lead consultancy services for the Præstø coastal protection project

Summary

Vordingborg Municipality is procuring multidisciplinary lead consultancy services for its joint coastal-protection project for Præstø, intended to reduce flooding from Præstø Fjord and from high fjord water levels combined with runoff from the Tubæk River and its catchment. The services include developing the project proposal and preparing the decision-making and application material for the authorities, drawing on coastal and civil engineering, landscape architecture and public-space design, surveying, and legal expertise on cost allocation and bylaws. Options cover a full environmental impact assessment report, tender and detailed design, construction management and supervision, and handover services including a one-year inspection; construction works themselves are excluded. The estimated total construction budget, including consultancy services, is DKK 12,721,188.03 excluding VAT.
