Assault alarm system and related equipment for the social care sector in Region Syddanmark

Summary

Region Syddanmark is procuring a unified assault alarm and safety system, including equipment, software, installation, implementation, operation, maintenance and fault correction. The system is intended for approximately 1,750 employees, with around 500 simultaneous users across 20 locations, and will provide staff alarms and colleague assistance, resident emergency and service calls, room- and zone-level positioning, and alerts triggered by residents crossing designated boundaries. Smartphone and tablet apps and a system administration module are included; installation at six additional named locations is available as an option. The procurement is a single contract with no lots, with an estimated value of DKK 20 million.
