Rental of Two Trucks with Drivers for the Limassol Waste Management Facility

Summary

The Water Development Department is procuring a 12-month rental service for two trucks with drivers to support the Limassol integrated waste management facility. The trucks will load and transport mixed municipal waste, refuse-derived fuel processing residues and other processing residues to the landfill, and move soil cover material within the landfill. The contract is estimated at €508,200; options include additional truck work or overtime worth €23,100 excluding VAT for the initial period and a further €23,100 excluding VAT during extension periods. The authority may extend the service for truck A by six months and for truck B by two consecutive six-month periods.
