Sorting system for Herning Library

Summary

Herning Municipality is procuring a replacement sorting system for its Central Library at Østergade 8 in Herning. The single-lot supply includes removing and disposing of the existing system, delivering and installing the new system and its accessories, commissioning and testing it, providing documentation and user and maintenance instructions, training library staff, and providing warranty, service and support. Removal and delivery, installation, testing and approval are planned for Q2–Q3 2027; the estimated contract value is DKK 4 million.
