The Karlovy Vary Region is procuring, in one lot, construction of a new school building for Sokolov Secondary Vocational School, together with the infrastructure, associated building and engineering works, and operational systems needed for the school. The scope also includes BIM-based as-built documentation and certification of the school to at least the bronze level under SBToolCZ. The estimated contract value is CZK 412,119,953.
