Supply of R260 steel-grade rails for 2026–2028

Summary

Správa železnic is procuring R260 steel-grade rails in profiles 49E1, 60E2 and R65 under a 24-month framework agreement for 2026–2028. The agreement will cover deliveries to railway locations across the Czech Republic and will be concluded with three suppliers. Rails for continuous welded track will be supplied in standard lengths of at least 74 m; rails for jointed track will be supplied in 20 m lengths for profile R65 and 25 m lengths for profiles 49E1, 60E2 and R65, including cut-to-length pieces. The estimated contract value is CZK 1.3 billion.
