Modernisation of the ITIS_EU OSS VAT Information Exchange System

Summary

The Lithuanian State Tax Inspectorate is procuring services to modernise the ITIS_EU OSS system used for VAT information exchange between EU Member States. The work covers technical architecture modernisation and implementation of OSS version 8.0 and related changes, including the new own-goods transport scheme, registration and declaration processes, integrations, data exchange, user views and reporting. The indicative scope includes about 30 data-view forms, up to 5 new reports and about 10 reports to be adapted, as well as testing and deployment.
