Integrated Business Intelligence Platform for State Aid and Financial Instruments

Summary

The contracting authority is procuring the development, commissioning and support of an integrated business-intelligence and strategic-evidence platform for state aid and financial instruments. The platform will consolidate data from three programming periods covering more than 37,000 projects and over EUR 13 billion in public expenditure, and will provide dashboards, data analysis and impact-evaluation tools, policy scenario modelling, open-data functions and AI-assisted reporting. The contract also covers cloud infrastructure, software licences and subscriptions, training, maintenance and operational support. It is a single, indivisible contract with an estimated value of EUR 4,045,000 and a planned duration of 36 months.
