Complete renovation of the Cité Modèle building

Summary

Lakense Haard is procuring the complete renovation of a residential building at Cité Modèle 1 in Brussels. The works include asbestos removal and stripping the building back to its concrete structure; renewal of the façade, roof, corridors and external escape stair; refurbishment and reorganisation of the apartments; and replacement of the heating, hot-water, ventilation, electrical and sanitary systems, followed by interior finishing.
