Standardisation, updating and development of protocols and operational plans to improve EKAB’s effectiveness

Summary

Greece’s National Emergency Aid Centre (EKAB) is procuring specialised services under a single lot to develop and update patient-transfer protocols, operational plans for mass-casualty incidents and procedures for air ambulance transfers. The work also includes an AI-based digital assistant to support operational decision-making and emergency management, and a quality-certification framework for EKAB’s operational processes. The planned contract term is 24 months and the estimated value is EUR 1,099,382.
