Cleaning services for properties managed by MTA LGK

Summary

The Hungarian Academy of Sciences Facilities Management Centre is procuring cleaning services for its properties in Budapest and the surrounding area in four lots: central listed buildings, the House of Humanities, other buildings, and specialist cleaning using rope-access techniques. The services include regular and periodic building and window cleaning, snow and ice clearance, curtain cleaning and, for lot 4, rope-access cleaning. The notice gives an overall scope of 53,544.44 m² of floor area, 39,814 m² of glass, 6,984.16 m² for snow and ice clearance, and 4,498.70 m² of curtains; the planned contract term is 18 months, with a possible extension of up to 6 months.
