Renovation of social care and prevention facilities in Přerov

Summary

Olomouc Region is procuring the complete renovation of three former kindergarten buildings on Pod Skalkou Street in Přerov. Two buildings will be converted into a residential home for people with disabilities, including facilities for round-the-clock care; the third will accommodate a branch of the Olomouc Social Prevention Centre. The works also include paths, parking and landscaping. The estimated contract value is CZK 135,455,094.25.
