Interoperability of e-health information systems

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of an e-health solution to modernise the information systems of the Psychiatric Hospital in Havlíčkův Brod. The solution must support the interoperable electronic exchange, sharing, secure storage and interpretation of health records, and provide patients and authorised persons with online access to those records. It must comply with Czech healthcare interoperability standards and the MyHealth@EU standards for cross-border information exchange, and support the use of new central e-health systems and compliance with obligations arising from the European Health Data Space Regulation. The procurement also includes software maintenance and development services; the maintenance contract is of indefinite duration. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 9:00 on 30 October 2026. Evaluation is based on 10-year life-cycle costs, comprising the software price, hourly rates for maintenance and development, the quarterly fixed maintenance fee, and the price increase resulting from development requirements. The tender with the lowest life-cycle cost will be ranked first. No tender guarantee is required, and variant tenders are not permitted.
