Summary

The procurement covers aircraft ground handling services at Vilnius and Kaunas international airports for 36 months, divided into two lots: Kaunas Airport and Vilnius Airport. Services include aircraft marshalling, passenger and baggage check-in and handling, cargo handling and transport, aircraft power and heating, engine starting, towing, snow and ice removal and de-icing, passenger and crew transport, accommodation and catering arrangements, apron-agent services, VIP handling, and basic handling of specified helicopters and aircraft. Services will be ordered as needed and paid for at fixed unit rates; the buyer does not guarantee the estimated volumes will be purchased.
