Moving and storage services

Summary

Luleå Municipality is procuring moving and storage services for its operations throughout the municipality. The work may include moving furniture, equipment and office contents, including items in varying condition. Special transport of works of art and antiques may be ordered, but there is no obligation to do so, and such services may also be procured outside the contract. The estimated total value is SEK 5,000,000. A framework agreement will be concluded with one service provider for the period from 25 November 2026 to 25 November 2028. Bids must be submitted electronically by 23:59 on 30 October 2026. Electronic invoicing is required during contract performance.
