Conversion of the ZŠ Náměstí extension into apartments and reconstruction of the school into a library

Summary

The City of Kopřivnice is procuring two comprehensive reconstruction projects: conversion of the extension to the former ZŠ Náměstí school into apartments, including an added storey, underground parking and related infrastructure; and conversion of the former school building into a municipal library with visitor and staff facilities and spaces for cultural, educational and leisure activities. The works include structural and building-services upgrades, repairs, external works and landscaping. The estimated values are CZK 174,973,262.01 excluding VAT for the apartments and CZK 191,368,495.45 excluding VAT for the library; these are two components of the procurement, not separate legal lots.
