Construction of a New Office Building

Summary

Bodens Energi AB is procuring the construction of a new three-storey office building in Boden, with a steel and timber structure and approximately 665 m² per floor. The works also include a skywalk, carports, parking areas, pedestrian routes, ground heating, landscaping and partial demolition of smaller existing structures. The contract is to be delivered as a general contract, with an estimated value of SEK 100 million.
