Demolition of the boiler house at Tilman Riemenschneider State Primary School

Summary

The contract covers demolition of the boiler house and associated building complex at Tilman Riemenschneider State Primary School in Heilbad Heiligenstadt. Works include exposing and removing existing service lines; dismantling and disposing of non-hazardous and hazardous materials, including asbestos, old mineral wool, HBCD-containing insulation, PAH-containing components and treated wooden windows; demolishing the building complex and foundations; and backfilling and preparing an excavation for new construction. No lots are planned. The works are scheduled from 18 January to 12 March 2027.
