Managed print services: supply, support and management

Summary

Iarnród Éireann is seeking a single-supplier framework agreement for a managed print solution, with an estimated maximum value of €600,000. The 60-month service covers leased printing equipment, software, support, maintenance and consumables, as well as management of any existing printers retained in the solution. It also includes supplying, installing, configuring and commissioning new devices where needed, and collecting and decommissioning replaced printers. The procurement is divided into one lot.
