Development of integrated digital solutions and training for the municipalities of Mugeni and Feliceni

Summary

The Municipality of Mugeni is procuring, in one lot, the development and implementation of an integrated digital ecosystem comprising seven solutions for the municipalities of Mugeni and Feliceni: digitised public services, two-way citizen communication, automated internal workflows, a digital education and awareness platform, an AI chatbot, a reporting and analytics system, and an energy-use optimisation module. The services include integration, testing, commissioning, piloting and training for municipal staff, as well as the relevant usage rights, software maintenance, warranty and technical support. The implementation phase lasts six months; hardware for testing and piloting is procured separately.
