Framework Agreement for Staff Language Training

Summary

The University of Luxembourg is procuring remote group language training for its academic, research and administrative staff under a single-lot framework agreement. Courses will cover English, French and German from beginner to B2 level, and Luxembourgish from beginner to B1 level, with proficiency assessments, teaching support, a digital learning platform and related administration; textbooks and other learning materials may also be supplied. The programme is scheduled to run from March 2027 to March 2031, with preparatory services beginning in January 2027.
