Timber harvesting services

Summary

The State Forest Enterprise is procuring timber harvesting services in 15 lots covering its Druskininkai, Dubrava, Ignalina, Jurbarkas, Kazlų Rūda, Kuršėnai, Mažeikiai, Panevėžys, Prienai, Raseiniai, Rokiškis, Šakiai, Šalčininkai, Telšiai and Varėna regional units. The services include felling, extraction of raw timber and logging residues, preparatory and restoration work in harvesting areas, stump treatment and thinning. The estimated annual scope is 506,300 m³ of felling, 454,300 m³ of raw timber extraction, 43,550 m³ of logging-residue production or production and extraction, 833 hectares of preparatory and restoration work, and 1,360 hectares of thinning; the same scope may be ordered in 2028 and 2029 under two 12-month extensions.
