Garden and green space maintenance and upkeep services

Summary

The Municipality of Cabeceiras de Basto is procuring maintenance and upkeep services for gardens and green spaces at 16 municipal sites, including gardens, landscaped areas, swimming pools, sports facilities and schools. The work includes irrigation, lawn and hedge care, pruning, planting, fertilisation, weed and pest management, and removal of maintenance waste. The contract is for an initial 12 months and may be extended by one further year, up to a maximum of 24 months; the estimated value and maximum base price are EUR 206,600 excluding VAT.
