Impact assessment study services

Summary

The European Social Fund Agency is procuring impact evaluation study services for the AID2 project in two lots. Lot 1 evaluates social integration services for approximately 300 people experiencing homelessness in Vilnius; Lot 2 evaluates services for approximately 1,500 people serving prison sentences or released from prison. The studies will assess service needs, access, suitability and effects, and provide interim and final reports, recommendations and organized research data. The maximum budget is €50,000 excluding VAT per lot, or €60,500 including VAT and other taxes; the total is capped at €100,000 excluding VAT.
