IT Operations Services for the Marine and Freshwater Research Institute

Summary

The State Financial Management Authority, on behalf of the Marine and Freshwater Research Institute, is procuring IT operations services for the Institute’s information technology environment from 4 January 2027 to 3 January 2030. The single-lot scope covers user support, workstations and endpoint devices, servers, infrastructure and virtualisation, databases, backups, network equipment and telecommunications at Institute premises and on research vessels, information security, documentation, knowledge transfer and on-site support. Service levels, invoicing and general operational matters also form part of the service scope.
